Bondir Restaurant is very happy to announce that Sous Chef Rachel Miller has been chosen as one of this year’s “30 Under 30” by Zagat! This is Zagat’s second annual list of local food industry professionals whom they consider to be “Boston’s brightest, youngest food-world stars,” stating that everyone on the list shares “ a passion for making Boston’s food, restaurant and drink scene into one of the most vibrant and thriving in the nation.”
We are tremendously proud to have Rachel as a part of the Bondir team. Bondir’s Director of Events Monica Higgins says, “’I am amazed every day by Rachel’s grit and sheer determination in the Bondir kitchen. She is very passionate about her job and is incredibly smart.” Chef/Owner Jason Bond adds, “Zagat delighted us with great news! I’m not surprised to hear it though, because Rachel is 20 years ahead of me when I was her age.”
Given her accomplishments at the age of 25, we know Rachel has a long and promising career ahead of her.
